Key Responsibilities- Lead interior architecture and interior design projects from programming and concept development through construction administration.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and supporting firm growth initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and interview materials to secure new projects and strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design excellence, technical quality, and successful project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, professional development, and collaboration.
Skills and Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial interior design and interior architecture, with project leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, networking, and revenue generation within the AEC industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, space planning, FF&E selection, and project delivery processes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.
