Our Healthcare Studio is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Interior Designer who’s ready to get hands-on across a range of project types and scales.

This role provides diversity and variety in your day-to-day, so our ideal candidate can work independently and flexibly on multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead design and production while collaborating with a team of interior designers and architects throughout all phases of the design process
- Oversee the development and completion of conceptual, schematic and design development materials
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and consultants across offices and disciplines
- Actively market the firm’s services in coordination with the PIC
- Maintain design integrity throughout all phases of the project
- Ensure quality control of drawings and specifications
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and prospective clients
- Lead and mentor staff, as well as foster a team environment, throughout all phases of the project
About you:
A great match for our team is someone who has:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited degree program
- 15+ years of healthcare design experience
- NCIDQ certification & LEED accreditation preferred
- Proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred, including but not limited to: SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365
- A desire to work collaboratively with team members in a constructive and engaged manner
- Experience managing/mentoring junior staff
- A willingness to travel as occasional travel may be necessary
