Join a design-forward studio creating sophisticated hospitality-inspired environments where technical excellence is just as important as creative vision. This senior-level opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer / who excels at developing precise, fully coordinated construction documents and bringing complex design concepts to life. Working closely with leadership and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead projects from concept through completion, delivering highly detailed, buildable solutions for luxury senior living and multifamily communities. This role offers significant ownership, direct client impact, and the opportunity to drive project success through strong technical expertise, problem-solving, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical development of projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents with minimal oversight
Produce highly detailed Revit models, construction drawings, interior elevations, and millwork packages for high-end interiors
Translate design intent into clear, accurate, and fully buildable documentation
Coordinate across architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Own project timelines, quality control, and documentation standards across multiple concurrent project

Skills and Experience

Advanced Revit expertise with a proven ability to produce comprehensive, construction-ready drawing sets
Strong background in high-end commercial, hospitality, senior living, or multifamily interiors
Deep understanding of construction methods, material applications, and technical detailing
Experience independently managing projects through SD, DD, and CD phases
Exceptional communication, organization, and coordination skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
