Mirth Studio and Hue & Dot are growing design brands focused on pattern-forward flooring, tile, and interiors. We’re looking for an organized, personable, design-minded team member to join us at our new showroom in the new Charleston Design District. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment, thrives in a small team setting, and is comfortable balancing customer-facing responsibilities with day-to-day operational support. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and sales skills, a great eye for design, and enthusiasm for interiors and materials. No two days are exactly alike, and we’re looking for someone who is excited to jump in where needed. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain our showroom Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm - Welcome and assist showroom visitors, designers, and clients. - Lead sales efforts and build strong customer relationships. - Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries. - Coordinate shipping and logistics for customer orders. - Process customer invoices. - Help organize samples, orders, and project communications. - Support the team with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.
