Submissions Coordinator | Architecture | Brisbane

Our client is a respected national architecture practice known for delivering thoughtful, design-led projects across Australia. Their Brisbane studio is growing, and they are seeking an enthusiastic Submissions Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated “go-getter” who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality submissions. You will play an integral role in coordinating tender submissions, supporting project leaders, and ensuring proposals are delivered to an exceptional standard.

Working closely with Directors, Principals and project teams, you will help drive the submissions process while contributing to the studio’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end tender and submissions process
Write, produce and collate proposals, tenders and bids using InDesign
Liaise with Principals and Project Leaders to gather accurate and up-to-date project information
Manage and maintain the tender portal, ensuring opportunities are tracked and deadlines are met
Identify and review relevant business opportunities
Coordinate and prepare monthly submissions and pipeline reports
Support the wider team with proposal presentations and documentation

Skills & Experience

3+ years’ experience in a Bid / Submissions Coordinator role within the architecture, design, engineering or construction industry
Strong InDesign skills and experience producing professional submissions
Familiarity with tender portals and tracking opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, team-focused approach
