ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS · Work with Lead Designers and Architectural Designers in design development, helping to manage deadlines and timelines for projects · Collaborate with Lead Designers to select materials, furnishings, and color palettes that align with project goals · Assist and support with client presentations of detailed drawings, floor plans, and custom FFE selections · Reviewing and assist Architectural Designer with presentations and drawings · Create and maintain Client spreadsheets with current selections and pricing · Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously · Participate in meetings with clients, attend planning and construction meetings, take notes and assist as needed for construction coordination · Attend site visits to assess spaces and gather information for design development and project execution · Maintain an organized digital library of design resources and project files. · Research current design trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions. · Work with the entire team.
