About the Role We're looking for a part-time Sales Associate who is warm, reliable, passionate about interior design and excited to be part of a small, collaborative team. This role is primarily focused on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), with occasional weekday shifts as needed. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming in-store experience, building customer relationships and growing repeat business, and supporting the day-to-day flow of the shop. What You'll Do • Greet customers and create a friendly, approachable shopping experience • Assist customers with product questions, styling ideas, and purchases, while building loyalty and driving retention • Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor • Help with merchandising and restocking products • Support opening and closing procedures • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently • Work collaboratively with the team to keep the store running smoothly What We're Looking For • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (required) • Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly, helpful demeanor • An interest in home décor and design • Someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable multitasking • Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed
