Tiek Design is seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Operations Coordinator to support the coordination and workflow of the studio across multiple high-end residential architecture and interiors projects. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and administrative skills, a calm and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to confidently manage moving parts within a creative studio environment. Experience within architecture, interiors, construction, or related design industries is highly valued, though we are equally interested in candidates with strong systems and operations experience from adjacent fields. Working closely with the Principal and team, this role will help manage project timelines, studio priorities, procurement administration, and internal coordination to ensure projects move forward smoothly and the studio remains organized and aligned in our fast-paced environment.
