This is a temporary hybrid role in our Los Angeles office, managing schedules, travel, communications, and a wide range of personal and professional logistics. What You'll Be Doing Calendar & Scheduling • Schedule all zooms, in-person meetings, client calls, personal calls, various appointments. • Prepare a detailed next day schedule each evening. • Coordinate with the design team, colleagues, and others across time zones. Travel • Handle all domestic and international travel logistics for business and personal trips, including family members. • Manage points, frequent flyer accounts, and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently. • Create travel itineraries for extended trips or events. Press & Communications • Serve as point of contact for all press inquiries. • Gather images and information, assist with questionnaires, and send PR email blasts. • Coordinate logistics and materials for speaking engagements and panel appearances. Personal & Household • Point of contact for household staff and vendors across multiple properties. • Manage personal documents, renewals, mail, shipments, and day-to-day personal logistics. • Assist with personal projects as needed. Studio & Office • Support weekly team meetings, photoshoot coordination, and general office operations. • Keep supplies stocked, manage the office inbox, answer phones, and sign for packages. • Distribute mail to appropriate parties.
