Key responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of large scale multi-residential and mixed-use projects
- Oversee and manage project teams across all phases
- Drive project outcomes, ensuring design integrity and quality
- Oversee project planning, scheduling and documentation across all phases
- Contribute to design reviews and strategic direction
- Support business development and bid submissions
- Liaise with clients and shareholders
Skills & experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in architecture
- Strong Revit proficiency essential
- Proven experience and leadership in large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to business development advantageous
