Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operations of their office. About the Role

Reporting to the Practice Director, this position plays a key role in supporting administrative, financial, and operational functions. You will act as a central point of contact for customers and suppliers while ensuring all systems and records are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain debtor and creditor systems, including invoicing and statement preparation
Support payroll and maintain personnel records
Manage administration and production records (electronic and hard copy)
Liaise with customers and suppliers
Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries
Prepare correspondence and assist with office documentation
Sort and distribute incoming mail
File invoices, quotations, and related documents
Assist with banking and reconciliation tasks as required
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organised office environment

About You

Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident dealing with customers and suppliers
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Desirable

Formal qualifications in administration, clerical work, or bookkeeping
