Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing project manager and account lead, overseeing communication, status updates, and relationship management.
- Lead multiple projects concurrently from concept design through construction documentation, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
- Manage project scope, schedules, staffing, and financial performance, including fee tracking, change management, and profitability targets.
- Direct and coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical quality, constructability, and compliance with building and accessibility codes.
- Lead construction administration efforts including RFIs, submittals, site observations, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; architectural licensure preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional architectural experience, including independent project leadership through construction.
- Proven experience managing multiple fast-paced projects and nationwide rollout programs for corporate or brand-driven clients.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, life-safety, and accessibility requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools.
