Wentworth is seeking a thoughtful, design-minded Client Advisor to join our retail team in Charleston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful relationships with customers and has a genuine appreciation for beautifully made objects, interiors, and the culture of hospitality. Our Client Advisors act as stewards of the Wentworth experience. The role blends retail sales, client service, merchandising awareness, and operational support to ensure the shop runs seamlessly and every visitor feels welcomed and inspired. RESPONSIBILITIES - Welcome and assist customers with warmth, attentiveness, and product knowledge - Cultivate relationships with clients and designers through thoughtful service and follow-up - Guide customers through product selections across tabletop, home objects, gifts, and furnishings - Process sales, orders, and special requests accurately through the POS system - Maintain deep familiarity with Wentworth’s assortment, brands, and craftsmanship - Assist with store merchandising, restocking, and presentation of the sales floor - Support order fulfillment, packaging, and client pickup coordination - Communicate clearly with the team regarding orders, client needs, and inventory questions - Participate in store events, brand activations, and special installations - Uphold the aesthetic and hospitality standards that define the Wentworth experience
