Responsibilities

In the role of Interior Designer, we’ll count on you to: • Possess a strong working knowledge of the interior design and architectural design documentation practices. • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; strong presentation and documentation skills; and a professional level understanding of the overall interior design process from programming through construction administration. • Be a team player who is focused on collaboration and maintains a positive attitude despite challenging circumstances. • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino (or similar), the Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant design firm environment • NCIDQ certificate holder • ID license in state or province where applicable

Benefits and Compensation

We provide a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee ownership, employee health, performance, and success, including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time away, parental leave, paid holidays, a retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonus and tuition reimbursement. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)

Locations: Los Angeles, CA: $84,000 - $120,000; San Diego, CA: $80,000 - $114,000
