Leo Designs is growing and looking for a dynamic, creative, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our close-knit team. Ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge and passion for all aspects of the interior design process and be highly proficient in project management and AutoCAD. You will work closely with the Principal‘s and Design Director on all facets of design. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Principals on the creative direction of projects, ensuring design concepts are innovative, functional and aligned with requirements and budgets. - Create detailed design plans, including floorplans, elevations and 2-D drawings using AutoCAD. - Develop comprehensive design presentations including mood boards, material selections and furniture plans. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations to ensure seamless delivery. - Provide on-site management and oversight during the construction and installation phases of projects. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self starter, excellent written and oral communication skills required. - An ability to thrive in fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritizing tasks. - Provide guidance and support to designers and interns as needed, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. - Stay current with industry and design trends to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
