Beautiful drawings are one thing. Getting an ambitious design built takes experience, judgement and someone who knows which questions to ask.
Bespoke Careers is working with a multidisciplinary Los Angeles studio looking for a senior architect who enjoys that responsibility. You’ll work closely with the design leadership, helping turn ideas into buildings and spaces with the same care that went into the original concept.
This is a hands-on role with real influence over how projects come together. You might spend the morning resolving a tricky material junction, the afternoon coordinating consultants, and the next day helping a younger designer work through a construction detail.
The studio is looking for someone with 12+ years’ experience, strong Revit skills and a solid commercial portfolio. You’ll need to be comfortable leading documentation, navigating approvals and staying involved through construction. A master’s in architecture is required; licensure is a plus.
