An interdisciplinary design firm is looking for a passionate Project Architect/Manager. This is both a project management and project architect position. From award-winning cultural, civic, adaptive reuse, multi-family and private residential projects, this opportunity offers great variety of project typologies.
Role and responsibilities
- Strong design and technical skills
- Experience with project management, from schematic through construction
- Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues
- Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Mentor junior staff
Key skills and experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- 5 - 8 years of relevant professional experience (NYC preferred)
- Experience with all phases of design and construction
- Renovation/adaptive re-use experience is preferred
- Revit proficiency is required
- Rhino/SketchUp, 3DSMax/V-Ray experience is a plus
- Architecture licensure is a plus but not a requirement
