We are seeking an exceptional Senior Interior Designer to lead design execution, manage complex historic projects, and champion quality across our studio. In addition to bringing top-tier technical drafting expertise and heritage preservation experience, the ideal candidate will serve as a key team leader—independently directing project workflows, running high-level consultant meetings, and directly mentoring and managing junior and intermediate team members. This role requires flawless written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally, as well as extensive, hands-on Construction Administration (CA) experience on high-end job sites. Beyond technical excellence, we are looking for a collaborative leader who actively contributes to a positive, supportive office culture and excels at cultivating trust-based, long-term relationships with all project stakeholders.
