A highly regarded Brisbane design studio is looking for an Interior Designer with 2–5 years’ experience to join their hospitality-focused team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a design-driven Interior Designer looking to grow their hospitality experience, working closely and directly with a Senior Interior Designer who will provide hands-on mentorship and guidance. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, developing your skills while contributing to exciting hospitality projects across Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Interior Designer across hospitality projects
- Assist with projects from concept through to completion
- Develop design concepts, presentations and documentation
- Assist with material, finishes, furniture and styling selections
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers
- Learn from and support the Senior Interior Designer throughout project delivery
Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years’ Interior Design or Interior Architecture experience
- Passionate about hospitality and experiential design
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail
- Experience with documentation and design development
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
- Keen to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
