This opportunity will suit a capable Architect who thrives across all stages from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate documentation from Design Development through to project completion
Manage consultant coordination, ensuring design intent is maintained across all stages
Design and documentation in Revit
Contribute to construction detailing and project delivery for major multi-residential and mixed-use buildings

Skills & Experience

Registered architect (ideal), operating at a level of Project Lead
Demonstrated background in multi-residential towers and complex mixed-use projects
Confident managing the documentation process and coordinating with consultants
Advanced Revit capability with strong BIM understanding
Thorough knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and construction detailing
Strong communication and organisational skills, able to work well in a small and collaborative team
