Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple medium-density and multi-residential projects from design development through to completion.
- Manage client relationships, consultant coordination and contractor engagement to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
- Provide leadership to project teams, mentoring junior staff while fostering a collaborative studio environment.
- Work closely with senior leadership to maintain design quality, delivery excellence and commercial success.
- Drive project programmes, quality assurance and technical coordination across all phases of delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Registered Architect with approximately 15+ years of Australian industry experience.
- Proven experience leading medium-density or multi-residential projects through both design and delivery.
- Highly organised with exceptional project management, coordination and communication skills.
- Confident working directly with clients, consultants and contractors while leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced Revit capability with SketchUp proficiency and a strong technical understanding of construction and documentation.
