Design Intern needed for small Hospitality & Residential Interior Design Studio. Hours will be flexible, part time and vary weekly. Working hours to be in person at our Greenpoint location with potential for partial remote work. Job Tasks: Daily errands for projects Library management Sample Returns/Pick Ups/ Sourcing Calling/Emailing vendors for pricing (quote requests), lead time, and order updates. Entering product & order information into Studio Designer software. Order tracking, time tracking & entry. Requesting samples from vendors. Client presentation set up on google slide. Occasional site visits Meeting minutes Varied administrative tasks such as entering vendor information & pinning products to Pinterest.
