Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-residential and mixed use projects from design development through to construction
- Prepare and coordinate planning applications and consultant documentation
- Develop detailed construction documentation using Revit
- Laisse between clients, consultants and internal teams
- Contribute to studio growth and mentor emerging team members
Skills & Experience- Minimum 8 years local experience in architectural practice
- Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrated documentation expertise
- Experience across local planning, design development and delivery phases
- Registered architect with solid knowledge of Australian standards
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment
