We are working with a highly regarded, design-led architecture studio in Los Angeles, known for its refined, detail-driven approach to high-end residential projects.

The studio operates at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and craft, delivering bespoke homes with a strong emphasis on materiality, spatial quality, and execution. Their work is thoughtful, quietly ambitious, and consistently well-resolved.

They are now looking to bring in a Project Architect to support the delivery of a growing pipeline of luxury residential work.

This is a key role within a small, collaborative team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects and work closely with senior leadership across all stages.

Role
You will lead the technical development and delivery of high-end residential projects, working from concept through to construction. You will be responsible for drawing packages, consultant coordination, and ensuring design intent is carried through to site.

Responsibilities
Lead project delivery across all phases, with a strong focus on documentation and construction
Produce detailed AutoCAD drawing packages to a high standard
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Support design development and resolve technical challenges
Work closely with leadership on bespoke, detail-driven projects

Requirements
Strong experience in high-end residential architecture
Advanced AutoCAD skills (essential)
Proven ability to deliver projects through construction
Strong detailing and technical coordination skills
Confident working in a small, design-focused team environment
