Nantucket House Antiques & Interior Design seeks a self-motivated individual to assist the principal in project management, logistics, bookkeeping and customer care. This is a full-time position and a fantastic job opportunity with room for growth. Salary commensurate with experience. Tasks include but are not limited to: • Request quotes, assemble project budgets and draft client invoices • Place orders and communicate with vendors • Work closely with outside bookkeeper to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments • Manage design project timelines and order fulfillment • Send and receive shipments • Coordinate with moving and delivery companies to plan and execute installations • Work with shop manager to track inventory and expenses • Greet shop customers and perform general office duties, as required
