As Bid Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Bid Manager and wider teams to create high-quality proposals, presentations and case studies that help win exciting new projects. You’ll play a key role in keeping bid materials sharp, on-brand and organised—right at the heart of the business’s growth.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Bid Manager in producing high-quality bid documents and presentations using Adobe InDesign
- Manage and maintain bid templates, ensuring materials are current and accessible
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver polished content for bids, tenders and presentations
- Proofread and quality-check submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
