Position Overview The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for the internal sales team, managing customer service operations, and ensuring smooth operations. This role combines sales coordination and customer service leadership and overseeing end-to-end Operations to support the continued growth of Vincent Sheppard in North America. Key Responsibilities Internal Sales Management : Lead and coordinate the internal sales and customer service team.Manage order processing for dealers, designers, and hospitality clients.Ensure accurate order entry, pricing, and delivery timelines. Support the external sales team and sales agents across the U.S. Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction. Customer Service & Dealer Support : Act as the main operational contact for retailers, designers, and distributors. Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery, and product questions. Coordinate after-sales service and warranty claims. End-to-end Operations oversight: Oversee the daily end-to-end operations of the High Point office and warehouse. Oversee administrative processes, documentation, and internal reporting. Oversee showroom preparation and support during High Point Market. Domestgic travel and trade show setup for HD Expo-BDNY. Ensure smooth communication between the U.S. office and global headquarters. Team & Process Development: Implement efficient internal sales and customer service processes. Support recruitment and training of internal staff. Develop systems that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
