We are seeking a highly skilled, well-rounded Lead Designer to direct projects from initial vision through final install. As a small, hands-on firm, this role requires someone confident leading projects independently while collaborating closely with our team, clients, contractors, and trades. What You’ll Lead Direct full-scale residential builds and remodels from concept to completion Develop and execute detailed design plans aligned with architectural intent Lead client presentations, sourcing, and curated material selections Oversee project tracking, budgeting, and timelines across multiple active jobs Coordinate directly with contractors, workrooms, vendors, and local trades on-site Ensure all design details are documented, communicated, and executed properly
