What You'll Do

As a Design Project Manager, you'll be the creative conductor and operational glue for our model home and interior design projects. Your job is to bring vision to life while keeping the wheels turning.

You'll be responsible for: • Leading conceptual, schematic, and construction document phases of design • Managing budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Acting as the key liaison between the design team, leadership, clients, and trades • Overseeing FF&E specifications, procurement documentation, and quality control • Guiding presentations, space planning, and finish selections • Participating in installations and closeouts, including out-of-town travel • Driving consistency between design, operations, and purchasing teams • Proactively identifying process gaps and contributing to system improvements

What You Bring • 5+ years in commercial or hospitality design (multi-family a plus!) • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Strong understanding of ADA codes, FF&E, and project coordination • A portfolio that shows off your design chops and visual storytelling • Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you're persuasive, but kind • Experience managing teams or leading smaller groups through complex timelines • Ability to think big-picture while nailing the details
