What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who does more than decorate a room. We want a creative partner who understands that every detail contributes to the overall experience.
The right person will be able to walk into a space, recognize what is missing, develop a vision, and bring that vision to life. They should understand how to create environments that feel distinctly MINT—modern, sexy, elevated, welcoming, and unforgettable—while keeping projects functional, organized, and within budget.
If you are passionate about design, branding, hospitality, and creating exceptional experiences, we would love to see your work.

To Apply: Please submit your résumé, portfolio, or examples of previous work, and a brief description of your experience managing design projects, purchasing, budgets, vendors, contractors, or events.
