Danielle Rose Design Co. | Rockville Centre, NY

About the Position

Danielle Rose Design Co. is seeking a highly skilled, creative, and collaborative Senior Interior Designer to join our growing studio. This is a senior-level, full-time position for a designer who thrives in high-end residential work, loves the details, and is excited to lead beautiful projects from early concept through installation.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts visionary and executor. You are confident leading clients, collaborating with contractors and vendors, mentoring junior designers, and navigating the realities of complex residential projects with grace, organization, and professionalism.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned residential designer with a refined eye and a strong creative and technical foundation. You are highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a calm, confident presence.

You take ownership of your work, anticipate challenges before they arise, and approach problem-solving with creativity and composure. You understand that great design lives in the details and that strong relationships with clients, trades, and teammates are just as important as beautiful spaces.

You are excited to grow within a boutique studio environment, contribute to studio standards and processes, and play an integral role in shaping both projects and team culture.
